阐述了横机罗纹起口编织的分类、遇到的问题和处理方法，以及电脑横机应用程序的修改方法.
This paper discusses the variety of rib starting, related problems and the ways to solve them. The modifying methods of application programs in flat knitting machines controlled by computer （STOLL） are also presented.
