异位妊娠35例误诊分析

Clinical analysis of 35 cases of ectopic prengnancy

目的分析异位妊娠误诊的原因,以提高对本病的认识,做到早期诊断,及时治疗。方法回顾性分析2年间误诊的35例异位妊娠的误诊经过和误诊的疾病。结果对异位妊娠缺乏认识,症状不典型,过分依赖辅助检查是误诊的原因。结论提高认识,详细询问病史,全面认真分析各种辅助检查,可使误诊降低到最低限度。

Objective To analyze the cause of ectopic pregnancy and to diagnosis at earlier stage of ectopic pregnancy and treat in time. Method A retrospective survey was carried out to analyze the cause of misdiagnosis to 35 cases of ectopic pregnancy in recent two years. Result The causes were lack of knowledge of ectopic pregnancy, unconspicuous symptom and over dependence on the assistant examination. Conclusion To reduce the misdiagnosis to minimum limitation, improve the knowledge of ectopic pregnancy, enquire the detail medical history and analyze varied of reports of assistant examination.
