摘要
目的研究MRSA表面标志物PBP2a与苯唑西林MIC的相关性。方法收集62株金黄色葡萄球菌临床分离株,通过乳胶凝集试验和全自动细菌分析仪分别检测青霉素结合蛋白2a(PBP2a)和苯唑西林MIC值。结果62株金葡中32株PBP2a检测阳性,30株PBP2a检测阴性。苯唑西林MIC≥4μg/ml31株,苯唑西林MIC≤2μg/ml31株。在苯唑西林MIC≥4μg/ml的31株MRSA中30株PBP2a检测均为阳性。结论金黄色葡萄球菌耐苯唑西林的耐药水平与PBA2a的检出有较好的相关性。
Objective To study the correlation of oxacillin MIC with penidllin-binding protein 2a (PBP2a) carriage in Staphylococcus aureus.Methods The MRSA-Screen latexa agglutination test was evaluated for its ability to detect PBP2a from 62 clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus. The assay was compared with susceptibility testing with Vitek GPS-107 susceptibility cards. Results In 62 Staphyococcus aureus isolates, the presence of PBP2a was investigated; 32 strains were PBP2a positive and 30 were PBP2a negative by the latex agglutination test. The MICs were detected, 31 strains oxacillin MICs were ≥ 4μg/ml and 30 were ≤21μg/ml by the Vitek GPS-107 card. 30 strains MRSA were oxacillin MICs ≥41μg/ml and PBP2a-positire. Conclusion There is good correlation between oxacillin MIC and PBP2a carriage in Staphylococcus arueus.
