摘要
在我国圆企、国资系统推广谈判工资制将有利于完善企业监督制约机制,协调、平衡企业各方的利益关系;有利于切实发挥工资激励功能;有利于社会主义经济民主和法制建设在社会基层实现。确立谈判工资制应作为深化国企改革、促进企业与社会和谐发展的一项战略考虑。
The implementation of negotiated salary system in our state-owned business and national capital systems is beneficial not only to the perfection of the restrictive mechanism of business supervision, but also to the coordination and balance of the benefit relationship of every side. Besides, it is advantageous to the actual exertion of the inspiring function of pay, and the realization of the socialist economic democracy and legality building in the grass-roots units of the society. The establishment of negotiated salary system should be regarded as a strategic consideration to further the reform of the state-owned business, and boost the harmonious development of business and society.
