摘要
在对建国以来宁夏粮食生产回顾和分析的基础上,论述了实现"九五"末宁夏粮食产量达到24～25亿kg指标的基本途径及主要作物增产技术措施;从政策、科技、投入3个方面阐述了实现这一目标要重点抓好的工作。
On the basis of review and analysis of grain production of Ningxia since the founding of New China, the article discusses the tactics to reach a grain output of 2.4～2.5 billion kg by the end of the ninth five year plan period in Ningxia and technological measures to increase yield of main crops. The article also disscusses the important work should be done to fulfill the above—mentioned goal in 3 respects: policy, science and technology and investment.
