信息警务模式是公安机关摆脱“打”、“防”困境的有益探索,它的有效实施应凸显信息的共享、过滤和快速传递三大功能,并遵从科学的设计理念和具备一定的实现基础。
The mode of information policing is a beneficial exploration for public security organs to extricate from predicament of attack and prevention. In order to implement it effectively, we should emphasize on three important functions of information, namely share of information, filtration of information and quick transfer of information, keep to the scientific design ideas and be provided with certain basement of fulfilling it.
