At present, the drillmaster system of Shanghai public security bureau proposes with all strength the educational direction of actual combat as the core in police education and training work. It deals with concrete matters relating to work as its prerequisite and it is guided by specialized theory. The motive power of drillmaster system is actual combat and the engine is deepening. The principal axis of drillmaster system is close to actual combat and in the service of infrastructure. The drillmaster system could optimize the educational structure and construct modern educational model in order to foster public security troops with quality and skill.
