摘要
介绍了燃油均匀分配性的概念和定义、测量方法及试验设备的构成。详述了自行开发的称重法燃油分配管总成燃油均匀分配试验台的结构和原理,其特点是简单直观,对喷油量数据按分配均匀性的定义和要求进行计算,将计算结果与分配均匀性的指标进行比较,来判断设计的产品是否能满足燃油分配均匀性的要求,同时还能够测量燃油分配管总成上每一个喷油器的特性曲线及其它特性。
The conception and definition of fuel uniform distribution, test method and structure of test equipment are present. A new weight-measuring test bench has been developed to measure fuel uniform distribution of distributing pipes assembly, Its structure and principle are introduced here in detail. This method is simple and direct. The injection quantity is calculated on the basis of the definition of uniform distribution and requirement. Calculation result is compared with the guideline to see if the new-developed products can meet the requirement of uniform distribution. Moreover, the test bench can measure each characteristic curve of injections and other characteristics.
