摘要
ISO/ICE导则25关于校准和检测实验室资格的通用要求中,明确地指出实验室出具的证书或报告,必须包含有关评定校准或测试结果的不确定度说明,测量不确定的计算从而成为按照该导则对实验室认可的重要内容。本文以食品添加剂甜蜜素在酸性条件下经次氯酸衍生后于紫外光314nm处有强吸收,测量其甜蜜素含量为例,探讨了分析不确定度的方法和步骤,以及报告中应包括的完整内容。
It is pointed,in the general reqvirement of ISO/IEC 25 directive for the calibration or analysis laboratory, that the uncertainty declaration and access of the calibration or analysis result must be concluded in the certificate or report made by laboratories. Therefore the calculation is necessary part of the laboratory certification conformed to the directive. In this article, we take the cyclamate detection as example, in which cyclamate is detection by the UV spectrophotometry at 314nm after derivation with hypochlorous acid to discuss the method and approach to computer the uncertainty and the complete content consisted in the final report.
