摘要
本文以XX省XX市部分中小企业为样本1,通过问卷调查的方式对其融资及经营情况进行调查和数据搜集,利用调查数据进行实证分析,检验中小企业经营绩效与企业融资组合策略之间的相关性,并建立两者之间的回归模型,结果显示中小企业的融资组合策略是提高企业经营业绩的一个重要的影响因素,中小企业应当根据企业自身的特点采取适合的融资方式来有效的提高经营业绩。
The Paper tests the relativity of the finance mode and the performance of small and medium enterprises, and founds a regression model of them by investigating many small and medium enterprises with questionnaires. The paper points out that the finance mode is a very important factor for a small and medium enterprise to improve its operating performance. And some good suggestions are given.
