摘要
根据坝后背管结构力学弹性中心法计算结果,管腰混凝土开裂后外圈钢筋应力水平很高,有些工程甚至超过了钢筋的屈服点,远远突破了有关规范的规定,需要对背管结构的安全度进行重新评价。
According to calculating results of the elastic centre method of structural mechanics for the steel penstock behind the dam, the outer reinforcement stress is rather high after concrete cracking in the waist of steel penstock, even exceeding yield point of the reinforcement in some existing projects, which is out of the relevant Specifications. Therefore, it needs to reassess the degree of safety.
