摘要
本文研究了碱化灰漠土中小麦根际土壤中氮、磷元素及其在不同生长期根际和非根际土壤中的动态变化。结果表明,与根际外土壤相比小麦根际微环境是一个变化活跃的区域。根际中从根面向外起:水解氮、速磷、全磷含量逐渐减小,而全氮含量则逐渐增大。在根际1mm范围内,水解氮、速磷、全磷产生富集,而全氮则发生亏缺。在小麦不同生长期根际微环境产生明显变化,在各个生育期,碱化灰漠上小麦根际土中水解氮、全氮、速磷、全磷含量均小于非根际土。
The dynamics variation of nitogen, phosphorus was studied in wheat rhizosphere in alkali gray desert soil. Results revealed that compared with non-rhizosphere soil,wheat rhizosphere soil is a microhabitat fulling of changing. In rhizophere (from 0 ̄4mm): the content of hydrolysabk N, rapid available P, total P decreased slowly,bllt content of total N increased gradually,it was aslo found that content of hydrolysable N,rapid available p,total P accumulated in the rhizosphere area of 1mm from root plane,however content of total N relatively depleted near root surface within the rhizogphere area of 1mm from root plane.Significant variation was found in wheat rhizosphere in different period of duration,the content of hydrolysable N,total N,total p,rapid available P were lower than those of menrhizosphere.
