摘要
采用去壁低渗制片技术对毛白杨等几种杨树的染色体数目和形态进行了研究，首次发现在毛白杨群体中有天然三倍体存在，并推断杨树的核仁组织者（ＮＯＲ）区域可能在一对收缩迟缓的较小染色体上。
The chromosome count and shapo of several kinds of popula were studied by means ofthe wall degradation hypotoic method.It was discovered that there were natural triploids in the population of Chinese white popula(Populus tomentosa).It was also indlcated that the nucleolar orgunizer region might locate on a pari of small chromcarome which shrinked slowly.
