芦根清凉保健饮料的研制 被引量:1

摘要 以芦根汤为主,辅以陈皮、生姜、甘草、红糖、柠檬酸等,研制出了一种清凉保健饮料,对其加工过程中的主要工艺环节做了较为详尽的研究。结果表明,采用30倍比例对母液进行稀释,糖酸比为55~75:1时,饮料感官性状良好,理化指标中铜、铅、砷分别为0.7583mg/kg、0.758mg/kg、0,498mg/kg,均符合GB5009.50所规定的要求;35%的甘草酒精浸提液具有良好的发泡性。此外,对成品保健性和货架寿命也进行了初步探讨。 A cold health beverage made from reed rhizome ,dried tangerine and licoricerootof traditional Chinese medicine was devesoped.thedilution of stock solution of the beverage and preparation of foaming agents had been studied The results showed that when the dilution of stocksolution was thirty times and suger and acid proportion was 55~75:1,he beverage had bettersensory property,the contents of Cu,Pb,As in the beverage were 0.7583 mg/kg,0.7580 mg/kgand 0.498 mg/kg reSpotively.
