多效唑对温州蜜柑晚秋梢生长及抗寒生理指标的影响

Effects of paclobutrazol on the growth of the late autumn shoots and physiological index of winter hardiness in Satsuma mandarin:

于晚秋梢萌芽前叶面喷布２５０～２０００ｐｐｍ多效唑，对５年生宫川温州蜜柑的晚秋梢控制具有良好作用，同时能增加枝条内可溶性糖、淀粉、钾及叶片中脯氨酸含量，降低细胞电解质外渗率，提高抗寒性。

Plant growth regulator, paclobutrazol, at the concentration ranging from 250～2000ppm was applied as foliar spray before budding of late autumn shoots in 5-year-old Miyagawa Wase (Citrus unshiu). Results showed that the growth of the late autumn shoots was inhibited and the content of soluble sugar, starch, potassium and proline in the autumn shoot was increased. Reduction of the exudate ratio of cell electrolyte may result in the increase of winter hardiness of the autumn shoots.
