摘要
0.1~1.0μmol/L Na_2SeO_3处理不同程度地延缓了玉米连体叶片的衰老,其中1μmol/L 效果最好。30C 黑暗条件下,1μmol/L Na_2SeO_3处理,玉米离体叶的 H_2O_2和丙二醛含量低于对照,变化平稳;过氧化氢酶活性和比活力,处理比对照变化平稳。可见以适当浓度硒处理玉米叶片可以降低其 H_2O_2水平,减轻膜脂过氧化,延缓衰老。
All treatments of different concentration selenium (from 0.1 to i0 amol/L Na._2SeO_3)were effective in retarding the senescence of corn intact leaves,while iamol/L was the most effective.The senescence of the detatched corn leaves was effectivly retarded by I amol/L Na_2SE_3(30 C, dark), because the balance of the metabolism of ac- tired oxygan was improved.The levels of H_2O_2 were lowered and MDA of selenium treatment were decreased gradual- ly and gently.The total activity and specific activities of catalase were low in selenium-treated leaves.
