摘要
3日龄雏鸡皮下注射淫羊藿-蜂胶合剂,于7,21,35,49日龄分别采用微量全血^3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入法和乳酸脱氢酸(LDH)释放法测定雏鸡外周血T淋巴细胞转化率和自然杀伤细胞(NK)活力。注射剂量0.4ml/羽能极显著地提高21日龄和35日龄雏鸡T淋巴细胞转化率和35日龄雏鸡NK活力。0.2ml/羽与0.4ml/羽作用相似。0.4ml/羽效果优于0.2ml/羽,结果表明。
Experiments were carried out on the cell-mediated immunity function of 3-day-old chickens treated with epimedium-propolis(EP)water-dissolved extract i.h.The T lymphocyte transformation and natural killer (NK)activity of peripheral blood were tested respectively by ~3H-Thymidine(~3H-TdR)incorporation microassay with whole-blood and by lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)release for the 7-,21-,35-and 49-day-old.The results were as follows:0.4 ml EP significantly elevated lymphocyte transformation stimulation index(SI)(P<0.01)in both the 21- and 35-day-old,and significantly increased NK activity in the 35-day-old(P<0.01).0.2ml EP significantly raised SI in the 21-day-old(P<0.01)and the 35-day-old(P>0.05),and significantly increased NK activity in the 35-day-old((P<0.05).0.4 ml EP yielded higher SI and NK activity than 0.2 ml EP.These results indicated that the EP accelerated the development and maturization of cell-mediated immunity and enhance the function of cell- mediated immunity in chickens.EP showed the effect of immunodulation on chickens.
