摘要
以4头装有永久性瘤胃痿管的海子母水牛为实验动物,研究了稻草日粮条件下添加羟甲基尿素对瘤胃内纤维素消化代谢的影响。实验采用自身对照设计。结果表明:添加羟甲基尿素后,瘤胃内总脱氢酶活力和纤维素酶活力均显著上升;总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度明显提高;纤维素消失率显著增加。可见,稻草日粮条件下添加羟甲基尿素能提高瘤胃微生物的活力,尤其是纤维素分解力,从而对瘤胃内纤维素消化代谢有一定的改善。
Four Haizi female buffaloes with permanent rumen fistulae,fed with rice straw,were used in this experiment to observe the effect of formaldehyde treated urea(FDU)on cellulose digestion and metabolism in the rumens.Infusion of FDU through the rumen cannula resulted in the significant increase of the rumen activities of to- tal dehydrogenase and cellulase.Total volatile fatty acids(TVFA)of the rumen fluid increased markedly by FDU. Cellulose disappearance rate of rice straw in the rumen trended to increase by the dietary FDU supplement.The results suggested that FDU supplmentation improved the tumen digestion and metabolism of buffaloes fed with rice straw.
