摘要
本文以治疗荨麻疹中药小复方筛选为示范,介绍建立小复方筛选的技术平台。小复方的初筛,充分利用“《普济方》数据库管理系统”,结合现代研究成果,按照中医辨证论治和组方原则拟定;对不同处方及不同制备工艺进行药效学评价,以确定最佳组合和最佳制备工艺;再用均匀设计法对选定处方进行不同剂量配比的药效学评价,最终确定后续开发的精选小复方。
Taking for demonstration the screening of small compound prescription of Chinese medicine for the treatment of urticaria, this article discusses how to establish the technical platform for the screening of small compound prescriptions. The first screening should be conducted by making full use of 'The Management System of《Puji Prescription》Database', in combination of modern research results and in accordance with the principles of diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patients' condition as well as the composition of prescriptions of Chinese medicine; then the assessment of pharmacodynamics of various prescriptions and preparation techniques should be done in order to determine the best combination and preparation techniques; and finally the pharmacodynamic assessment of different dosage rates of prescriptions selected should be made by the method of uniform design so as to confirm the carefully -chosen small compound prescriptions to be developed.
