摘要
柠檬流胶病树与不流胶树叶片的矿质元素含量不同。流胶病树N含量高,K、B含量和K/N比值低(<0.4),N/B比值高(>700)。不流胶树叶片K/N比值≥0.45,N/B比值<600。K和K/N比值与流胶病的发生呈显著负相关。B与N/B值对流胶病发生分别呈一定负相关和正相关。不流胶树叶片的多酚氧化酶活性高于流胶病树叶。提高柠檬叶片K、B含量,适当控制N含量,不仅有利于防治流胶病,还可提高果实品质。
There was a great difference in the mineral
elements contained in the leavesfrom gummosis-infected tree and no-infected tree. The
infected samples possessed,howev-er,a higher level of nitrogen and ratio of nitrogen/bore,as
well as a lower level of potassi-um and bore and ration of potassium/nitrogen.The no-infected
samples presented K/N≥0.45 and N/B≤600;otherwise,no-infected samples showed K/N<0.4
and N/B>700.Theinfection efficiency correlated significantly and negatively to K and K/N and
somewhat toBof the samples;but it correlated,to some extent,positively to N/K.The activity
ofpolyphenol oxidase in the infected samples was higher than that in no-infected samples,
wecould suggest that the lemon gummosis would not only be controlled by increasing the
fo-liar contents of K and B and by limiting the N level,but the fruit quality would also be
im-provedat the same time,This trial affords us theoretical evidence for the lemon
gummosiscontrol with the regulation of mineral element contents and an appropriate proportion
inthe tree.
