酿酒葡萄生态适应性气候图形分析 被引量:17

摘要 对4种主要气候类型和7个葡萄栽培地区气象要素的计算机气候图形分析以及葡萄栽培调查表明,气温和日照不是我国酿酒葡萄栽培的限制性因子,而6~9月的降雨量则是影响酿酒葡萄栽培与酒质的重要因素。我国西北地区的沙漠性气候最适宜欧洲葡萄的栽培,北方地区的生态适应性则与夏季降雨量密切相关。长江以南地区不适宜欧洲酿酒而葡萄的栽培。以水热要素为主的气候图形分析有助于我国葡萄生态适应区域的划分。 The ecological adaptabilies of wine grapevines cultivated in the five different re-gions of China have been studied through computerized climagram analysis. The featuresof four types of climates were compared mainly by the relationship between the evolutionof monthly mean temperatures and precipitation. The atmosphere temperatures and insola-tion duration would not be considered as the limiting factors for European grapevines(Vi-tis vinifera).However,the annual precipitation, especially during the months from Juneto September,plays an important role in the cultivar adaptabilities,The north-west desertregions were found to be the optimum cuItivation regions in China. But,the north-east re-gions represented a variable wine quality largely depended on summer precipitation,Oth-erwise,European cuItivars could not be grown at all in the south regions of ChangjiangRiver.The climagram analysis method is helpful for wine grapevine,s regionalization inChina.
