河南省农民收入问题的探析

Analysis of the Peasant's Income in Henan Province

根据河南省１８个县（区）９７０个农村经济监测户的资料，分析了河南省农民收入低的２个基本原因：每个劳力年出工仅１０９～１１４工日，大量农村劳力资源处于闲置状态；第二、三产业投工比重低，仅占１２％～１３％，每工日的纯收入低，平均仅１０．７１元·工日￣（－１）。针对上述原因，提出了提高农民收入的建议。

The causes of the peasants,low income in Henan Province are analysed on thebasis of the information obtained from the 970 watched famihes of countrvsideeconomv es-tablished in 18 counties and districts in the province.They are as follows,first,everylabourer only throws in 109～114 working days each year,thus,a large amount of rural la-bor force resources is idled;second,the proportion of the labor thrown in the second &.thethird industry,being only 12%～13%,is very low.In view of the above problems,sugges-tions are given to raise the peasants'income.
