DDC和AsA对硬粒小麦叶片衰老代谢及成熟期的调控效应

摘要 研究了两种外源活性氧代谢调节物质DDC(二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠)和AsA(抗坏血醚)对硬粒小麦叶片衰老代谢及成熟期的调控效应。结果表明,开花后用DDC处理麦株,可使旗叶SOD活性下降,膜脂过氧化水平增高,叶绿素和蛋白质降解加快。同时使NR活性增强,成熟期提前4d,而不导致显著减产。AsA处理则使旗叶的SOD和NR活性提高,膜脂过氧化水平降低,叶绿素和蛋白质降解减缓,有明显增产效应,但使成熟期推迟2d。生产上可根据实际情况,选择适当的化学调控措施,以达高产稳产之目的。 The regulative effects of two kinds of chemicals,sodium dirnethyl-dithiocar-himate(DDC)and ascorhate(AsA),on the metabolism during leaf senescence and the ma-ture period of Triticum durum were studied.The results indicated that spraying plants withDDC on the 10 th day after anthesis could decrease the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),increase the activity of nitrate reductase(NR)and accelerate the degradation ofchlorophyll and protein and the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA)of flag leaf.As aresult,the mature period came four davts earlier than that of the control and the vield de-creased by 2.7%.On the contrary,spraying with AsA delayed the mature period for twodays and increased the yield hy 7.9%in con1parison with the control.Thercforf3,the appro-priate chemical should he flexihly used according to the actual situation in order to obtainhigh.yield and early maturity as well.
