尾加压素Ⅱ与心血管疾病的研究进展

摘要 尾加压素Ⅱ(urotensinⅡ,UⅡ)最早是从鱼尾下垂体中提取出的神经肽,近年来陆续发现多种哺乳动物,如人、大鼠、小鼠及猪的体内均含有UⅡ,在神经系统中含量较丰富[1~4].1999年Ameg等[1]首先发现了人体内孤立的G蛋白偶联受体(GPR)14为UⅡ特异性受体,主要存在于心血管系统,且成功克隆出人尾加压素-Ⅱ(human urotensinⅡ,hUⅡ).UⅡ和受体结合后可引起钙离子内流,发挥收缩血管物质的生物学效应.UⅡ是迄今为止发现的最强的血管收缩肽,提示它可能在心血管疾病的发生和发展中起重要的作用.
