胃肠道起搏细胞Cajal间质细胞的电生理学研究现状

摘要 1893年,西班牙神经解剖学家Cajal用甲基蓝及嗜银染色法在胃肠道神经系统(enteric nervous systemENS)中观察到一类特殊的间质细胞,命名为Cajal间质细胞(interstitial cells of Cajal,ICC).ICC是ENS的一种非神经但与神经有关的特殊间质细胞.胃肠道运动的形式在很大程度上取决于ICC的内在活动.众多研究结果表明,大多数胃肠道平滑肌细胞的静息电位不稳定,表现为缓慢的起伏波动,即周期性去极化和复极化,形成慢波,也称基本电节律.它决定着平滑肌的收缩节律,调控胃肠道运动发生的时间、地点、频率及方向.
