摘要
应用Nit突变体技术,对陕西9种寄主作物上的38个大丽轮枝孢菌系进行了营养体亲和性研究。结果表明,38个菌系中2个未产生Nit突变体,2个未产生Nit,和Nit_m突变体,其余34个菌系产生了Nit_1突变体,其中8个又产生了Nit_m突变休。对34个菌系进行营养体亲和性测定结果分为4个亲和群(VCG)。不同亲和群菌系致病力和寄主来源存在差异。
The vegetative compatibility of thirty-eight wild-type strains of Verticilliumdahliae,isolated from 9 different host-plant species in Shaanxi province by(Nit)mutanttechnique.Thirty-four strains of V.dahliae were classified into 4 vegetative compatibilitygroups,one was assigned to VCG1,thirty-one to VCG2,one to VCG5,one to VCGe6. TheVCG2 was further subdivided into VCG2A and VCG2B.The other four strains could not betested for vegetative compatibility because of their inability to yield Nit mutants on a chlo-rate-cotaining medium.The various V-C groups showed significant differences in virulenceand host origin.
