耳鼻咽喉科门诊患者法律知识调查及对安全护理的启示

Investigation of law knowledge among otorhinolaryngological outpatients

目的了解耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊患者对与医疗相关法律知识的认知情况,以便做好护理安全防范,提高护理工作质量。方法自设问卷,对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊就诊患者进行医疗相关法律知识认知情况进行调查。结果612例患者中,78.5%懂得怎样运用法律保护自己就医中的合法权益,58.1%的患者知道举证责任倒置,64.7%的患者知道《医疗事故处理条例,》91.0%的患者知道患者有知情同意权。结论多数患者知道就医过程中相关的法律知识,因此加强法律知识的学习是护理人员安全行医的必要保证,是预防医疗事故和医疗纠纷的必要条件。

Objective To investigate the mastery of law knowledge among otorhinolaryngologieal outpatients so as to prevent medical accidents and disputes. Methods A questionnaire was self designed to investigate law knowledge related to medical treatment among 612 patients. Results Of the outpatients, 78.5% knew how to use law to protect their legitimate rights and interests, 58.1% knew the reverse responsibility for providing evidence and 64.7% knew the Regulation on Medical Accidents Treatment, 91.0% understood that patients have the right to know the disease conditions and make decision. Conclusion Majority of the outpatients know the law knowledge at seeing doctors. Therefore enhancement of nurses＇ learning law knowledge is not only a guarantee for nurses to work safely but also a prerequisite to prevent medical accidents and disputes.
