摘要
笔者报道1998年11月-2005年3月收治20例经手术和病理证实为小脑蚓部及第四脑室肿瘤术后患儿的护理。认为术后早期注意心肺功能的监护;保持呼吸道通畅;重视颅内压和血容量的监护;加强引流管的护理;保持适当的体位和采取有效的降温措施:能减少术后并发症,提高手术的疗效。
The authors reported in this paper report their experience in caring 20 children undergoing operation on tumor at cerebellar vermis and fourth ventricle from November 1998 to March 2005, supposing that such measures as early monitoring of heart and lung functions, keeping respiratory unobstructed, attaching importance to monitoring of intracranial pressure and blood volume, strengthening nursing of shunt, keeping the patients at an appropriate posture and performing effective control of temperature were effective in reducing complications and raising effect of surgery.
