总结6例肉毒毒素中毒患者的抢救治疗和护理方法。6例患者均使用混合型肉毒抗毒素,营养神经药物和能量合剂治疗,其中1例重症患者使用了大量的丙种球蛋白。护理中严密监测患者的生命体征变化,特别注意患者呼吸频率、节律、呼吸动度的变化。对呼吸机支持治疗的2例患者进行严密的气道管理。吞咽困难患者鼻饲流食,保证充足的营养供给。结果6例患者中5例痊愈出院,1例因合并严重肺不张死亡。

The author reported their experience in rescue treatment and care of 6 Type A kreotoxin toxication patients. They were treated with mixed botuline antitoxin, drugs for nervous nutrition and energy mixture and one with large amount of gammaglobulin. As for nursing, the measures included close observation of vital signs, especially the changes of respiratory frequency, rhythm and mobility. Practically, they carefully managed the airway of 2 patients supported by breathing apparatus, and provided abundant supply of nutrition for those with dysphagia. Consequently, 5 of them were recovered and one died of atelectasis.
