妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者的护理

总结60例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者的护理,强调应针对患者不同心理状况实施护理,及时缓解皮肤瘙痒症状,产前积极监护胎动和胎心,产后重点观察出血情况等。本组患者阴道分娩10例,剖宫产分娩50例,仅1例产后出血合并血小板减少,其他患者和新生儿未发生严重并发症。

The author reported their experience in caring 60 cholestasis patients during gestational period, stressing on pertinent nursing based on different mental eonditions, timely relief of skin itching, prenatal active monitoring of fetal movement and embryocardia, postnatal observation of hemorrhage. Ten patients delivered vaginally and 50 cases did by cesarean. But postpartum hemorrhage occurred in one case, even combined with thrombocytopenia. No severe complication occurred in the neonates.
