具TM-2^(nv)基因加工番茄品系的选育及其利用

摘要 利用无限生长类型具TM-2^(nv)基因的长果201为抗源材料,利用与抗病基因紧密联锁的单隐性nv基因为标记性状,经过与加工番茄优良亲未的杂支、回交或多亲添加杂交,在后代分离群体中采用系谱选择的方法,定向培育并结合苗期人工接种和田间抗性、品质及产量鉴定,创造出了一批植物学性状和经济性状符合加工番茄亲本要求,抗TMV耐CMV的育种材料。通过组合力顶交测验选出了优良亲本。 Three processing tomato inbred lines were selected from the crosses betweenChangguo 201(long fruit 201)and several processing tomato varieties.The Changguo 201 carried TM-2 ̄(nv) gene and used as resistant parent.The processingtomato varieties were used as recurrent parents.The selection process is as follows:These three lines carry the TM-2 ̄(nv) gene(Marked with netted viresce gene)and have de-terminate hahit,firmness fruit and good fruit quality.
