荆州市级医院支气管哮喘患者掌握健康教育知识的现状与对策

The current situation of health education among asthmatic patients in Jingzhou city-level hospitals

目的了解荆州市级医院支气管哮喘患者掌握健康教育知识的现状和今后应采取的对策。方法采用自制问卷对4所市级综合医院142例复发哮喘患者进行调查。结果18.3%￣46.4%的患者对哮喘的定义、发病诱因、发病先兆、临床特点、预防和治疗的知识不了解。73.2%￣87.3%的患者对哮喘的自我监测和管理知识不了解。结论各级领导要引起重视并加大支持力度,加强相关医护人员的自身培训,成立哮喘教育中心,医护联合教育,采用系统化、多样化的健康教育方式,加大宣传“全球哮喘防治创议”的力度。

Objective To understand current situation of health education among asthmatic patients in Jingzhou city-level hospitals and the corresponding countermeasures. Methods The recurrent asthmatic patients in 4 city-level hospitals were surveyed by a selfdesigned questionnaire. Results 18.3%-46.4% of them knew less about the identification, causes of onset, auras of onset, prevention and treatment. 73.2%-87.3% knew less about the self-monitoring and management. Conclusion The leaders should stress on and even support the treatment of asthmatic patients. We must strengthen the self training on the disease, establish education center for asthmatic patients, combined education of treatment and nursing, adopt systematic and diverse modes of health education, strengthen popularization of “global initiative for asthma”.
