创新办学体制 办有特色的护理教育

To innovate the school-running system for establishing special nursing education

延边大学与吉林省延边州人民政府在延边卫生学校的基础上,合作创办了延边大学护理学院。笔者报道其创新办学体制的方法和体会。地方政府作为中等医学教育办学主体主动引入高等教育资源,开展合作办学,创新办学体制,提升办学层次,实现优势互补、资源共享、共同发展,为深化中等医学教育改革探索出了一条具有现实意义的有效途径。

Yanbian University and the People＇s Government of Yianbian Autonomous District jointly founded the College of Nursing of Yanbian University based on the Yanbian Hiygene School. In this paper, the author reported their experience in innovating the school-running system. The local government, as the backbone of running middle education, spontaneously initiated introduction of higher education resources, jointly ran school and initiated the school-running system, raised the school-running level, realized mutual compensation of advantages and joint share of resources and joint development, which builds an effective path for the reforms of middle medical education.
