氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的谷峰比值与平滑指数研究

The Study of T/P Ratio and Smoothness Index of Amlodipine for Essential Hypertension

目的:探讨氨氯地平治疗轻中度原发性高血压患者的谷峰比值和平滑指数.方法:对30例轻中度高血压患者,口服氨氯地平5mg,每天1次,疗程8周,于治疗前后进行24h动态血压监测并计算其谷峰比值和平滑指数.结果:治疗8周后,24h收缩压和24h舒张压、白昼收缩压和舒张压、夜间收缩压和舒张压与治疗前比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),T/P为收缩压72%,舒张压71%.平滑指数为收缩压(1.12±0.59),舒张压(0.92±0.54).结论:氨氯地平有较高的T/P比值及良好的平滑指数.

Objective： To explore T/P ratio and smoothness index of amlodipine for patients who sufferred from mild - moderat essential hypertension. Methods： Thirty patients with mild - moderate hypertension were followed - up. Twenty - four hour ABPM was performed 8 weeks before and after administration of amlodipine 5mg once daily and calculate T/P ratio and smoothness index. Resuits： The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in twenty - four hour, day time and night time decreased significantly after eight weeks （P〈0.001）. The T/P ratio of blood pressure was 72 %, the diastolic blood pressure was 71%. The smoothness index of systolic blood pressure was （ 1.12 ± 0.59 ）, the diastolic blood pressure was （0.92 ± 0.54）. Conclusion： Amlodipine had higher T/P ratio and better smoothness index.
