摘要
目的探讨并比较大鼠不同部位脑组织中4种氨基酸类神经递质的含量水平。方法采用日立835—50型氨基酸自动分析仪分别测定耳蜗核、下丘和听皮层中r-氨基丁酸(GABA)、甘氨酸(Gly)、谷氨酸(Glu)及天冬氨酸(Asp)的含量水平。结果脑组织中GA-BA的含量,听皮层与耳蜗核相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05),听皮层、耳蜗核分别与下丘相比,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);Gly的含量,听皮层与下丘相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05),听皮层、下丘分别与耳蜗核相比,差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01);Glu的含量,下丘与耳蜗核相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05),下丘、耳蜗核分别与听皮层相比,差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01);Asp的含量,听皮层下丘及耳蜗核三者间相互比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论不同部位脑组织中GABA、Gly及Glu的含量水平各异,可能与其神经元的活性不同有关,反映了脑神经元的功能状态,提示GABA、Gly及Glu在听觉传导通路不同水平上对听觉功能的调节起着不同程度的作用。
Objective To explore the content of four kinds of amino acid neurotransmitter in different parts of rats auditory central. Methods The content of GABA, Gly, Glu and Asp were respectively measured by 835 - 50 type Amino Acid Automatism Analyzer in rat cochlear nucleus, inferior colliculus and auditory cortex. Results the contents of GABA were not significant difference between auditory cortex and cochlear nucleus( P 〈 0.05), then significant difference between inferior colliculus and auditory cortex or cochlear nucleus( P 〈 0.01 ). there were not significant difference for Gly content between auditory cortex and inferior colliculus( P 〈 0.05), then significant difference between cochlear nucleus and each of auditory cortex and inferior colliculus( P 〈 0.01 ). There were no significant difference for Glu content between inferior colliculus and cochlear nucleus( P 〈 0.05), then significant difference between auditory cortex and each of inferior colliculus and cochlear( P 〈 0.01). the Asp content were no significant difference between auditory cortex, inferior colliculus and cochlear nucleus( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion 31ae various of GABA, Gly and Glu in rat different parts of brain maybe related to neuron activity, which reflecte the functional state of neurons. It suggestes that they play a various role in regulating auditional neurons function.
