摘要
Most Asian countries, the most concentrated area of foreign exchange all over the world, rely too much on the banks and that creates malpractice as well as potential risks, which results in the establishment of the Asian bond market and the promotion by EMEAP gives an impetus to the bond market and its financial cooperation. This article analyses the reason for its establishment, the existing problems and then proposes that its development be realized within the frame of the Asian regional financial cooperation.
