摘要
探讨了我国人民检察院量刑建议权具有一定的理论依据和实践价值,介绍了我国量刑建议权的立法体现,提出了我国人民检察院量刑建议权的构想。
Theoretical basis and practical value of the proposal right of sentence discretion in people＇s procuratorates in China are discussed, and the legislation of the proposal right of sentence discretion is reviewed. Meanwhile the idea of the proposal right of sentence discretion in people＇s procuratorates in China is put forward.
