摘要
素质教育是以人的身心教育为对象,着眼于全面提高人的基本素质的现代基础教育。文化素质教育是素质教育的重要构成部分,语言素质是文化素质的核心。
Quality education focuses on the mental and physical education of an individual which is the modern fundamental education to improve the individual＇s full development. Cultural education for all-round development is one of the most important parts in quality education, while language quality is the core of cultural quality.
