International Comparison of Futures Market Self-regulation System and Its Enlightenment to China

介绍国外成熟的新兴期货市场自律监管体系的形成过程和现状,总结期货市场自律监管体系的特点和发展趋势,针对中国期货市场处于规范发展中的新兴市场的现状,剖析了其与西方成熟市场相比自律监管所处的外部环境差异,揭示了西方期货市场自律监管体系对改革我国期货市场自律监管体系的有益启示。

This paper firstly introduces the history and present situation of self-regulatory system in foreign developed and emerging futures markets. Then the characteristic and development tendency is summed up. Based on the regulating and developing stage of China＇s futures market, the thesis compares the exterior environment of self-regulation between China and foreign countries thoroughly, revealing some useful enlightenment to reforming the self-regulatory system in China.
