薛稷诗书画评析

On Xue Ji's Poetry,Calligraphy and Painting

本文对薛稷在诗、书、画三方面的艺术成就作了简要分析和评说,认为他是一位全才艺术家。他的诗歌代表作《秋日还京陕西十里作》不愧为唐古之宗,他的楷书成就而无愧于初唐楷书四大家之一,他的画鹤无愧于画之绝品、画之典范。

This paper, through a brief analysis of and comment on Xue Ji＇ s artistic achievements in poetry, calligraphy and painting, considers him a versatile artist, whose poetic magnum opus“Back to the Capital in Shaanxi on an Autumn Day ： Miles to Arrive”is among the best of the Tang Poetry ; whose regular-script calligraphic skills mark him one of the four greatest regular-script calligraphers in the early Tang dynasty, and whose drawing of cranes represents the masterpiece of traditional Chinese nainting.
