中国改革的历史进程评析

A review of the course of history of Chinese reform

改革之前几次调整的中断是因为当时计划经济有其存在的合理性。从1978年开始的改革是社会主义基本矛盾运动的必然要求,其取得巨大成就的原因是因为把握了社会主义制度自我完善的改革性质,选择了渐进式的发展方略。迈入新世纪,改革处于攻坚阶段,我们要清醒地认识矛盾和困难,知难而进,进一步处理好改革、发展与稳定、公平与效率、经济体制改革与政治体制改革的关系,为实现社会主义现代化的目标而不懈努力。

Several interrupt of the Adjustment before the reform was because of the rationality the Planned Economy existed at that time. The Reform began from 1978 is the necessary result that the fundemental contradiction of Socialism developed, and the reason of its great success is that we have grasped the reforming property that the socialism consummate by itself and chosen a general plan which advanced gradually. As the time goes into a new century, when the Reform steps in the fortified period ,we must keep a clear head on the contradictions and the hardships, press forward in the face of difficulties, and successfully deal with the relationships among the reform, the development and the steady situation, between the justice and the efficiency, and between the economic system reform and the political system reform. So we can turn the aim of the socialism modernization into reality by making a sustained effort.
