提出了一种检测染料中间体１－萘胺－３，８－二碳酸工业产品质量的高效液相色谱方法。以ＺｏｒｂａｘＯＤＳＣ１８为固定相，０．０５Ｍ磷酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ＝６．８）为流动相。１－萘胺－３，８－二碳酸与各杂质异构体分离完全，分析精度较好，满足了工业产品质量检测的要求。

A simple and reliable high-performance liquid chromatography method, which is suitable for monitoring the quality of the dye intermediate 1-naphthylamine-3, 8-disulfonic acid was proposed. The chromatograph is carried out on a reversed-phase ODS-C18 with 0. 05 M phosphate buffer solution (pH= 6. 8) as the mobile phase.
