摘要
我国经济发展中的传统增长模式是以资源的大量消耗、环境的严重污染为代价.因此必须将这种传统的经济增长模式转变为低代价的循环经济模式,促进经济和自然的协调发展,并以循环经济的理念对产业结构优化升级的目标指向进行重新梳理.
The traditional mode of economic development in China is at the expense of too much consumption of resources and pollution of the environment. The conversion of the tranditional mode into the mode of circular economy with low cost will help promote the harmonious development of economy and nature. With the introduction of circular economy, the aim of optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure can be redefined.
