On Construction of Harmonious Student Communities in Colleges

构建高校和谐学生社区,是关系到社会稳定和国家安全的重大问题,需要学校领导高度重视与各方协作,把学生日常工作从集中管理转变为学生自我管理;把以物态为中心的社区管理转变为以人为中心的服务型管理;把社区安全保卫工作从静态管理转变为动态管理;将单一和枯燥的社区场景营造成生机勃勃、奋发向上的文化氛围,从而逐步形成新的且有特色的社区管理模式、管理体系和管理风格.

A harmonious student community is the result of joint efforts. Student Affairs should focus on diversions of a centralized management system to a decentralized system,of an object-centered management to a humanized service type, of a static community security work to a dynamic security work and of a monotonous community environment to a vigourous cultural envirconment,so that a new management mode with its own style and characteristics will gradually be built.
