Effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on apoptosis and proliferation of breast cancer

摘要 目的观察乳腺癌新辅助化疗后癌细胞凋亡及增殖程度的变化,判断化疗疗效。方法新辅助化疗手术标本44例和术前未接受化疗的对照组37例,进行Ki67及PCNA免疫组织化学染色和TUNEL原位细胞凋亡检测,并进行统计学处理。结果化疗组Ki67、PCNA和AI的阳性细胞数比率分别为11.8%、31.3%和69.8%,对照组分别为21.6%、62.8%和52.8%,化疗组和对照组相比均有显著性差异。结论新辅助化疗能抑制乳腺癌细胞的增殖,诱导凋亡。 Objective: To observe the change of the apoptosis level and proliferate degree of breast carcinomas after preoperative chemotherapy. Methods : Immunohistochemical labeling performed with the Ki67 and PCNA monoclonal antibodies, and TUNEL (terminal-deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated d-UTP nick end labeling) were used. Results:The expressions of Ki67, PCNA in preoperative groups ( 11.8%, 31.3% ) were significantly lower than those in control groups (21.6%, 62. 8% ). Apoptosis index of preoperative group (69.8%) was higher than that in control group (52. 8% ). Conclusion:The study showed neoadjuvant chemotherapy inhibited the proliferatation of breast cancer cell and induced apoptosis.
