摘要
研究论述了正确选择施工温度的重要性,回顾了通过基质沥青建立的粘温关系.另外,重点研究了SBS改性沥青组成的混合料在不同温度下的体积性.研究结果表明:用等粘原理确定施工温度的这一方法不适应聚合物改性沥青,建议采用等体积性(空隙率)法.在本研究中,SBS改性沥青合适的压实温度对应的粘度约为1.06Pa·s.进一步研究表明:SBS改性沥青的施工温度只比基质沥青高5~10℃,然而规范的要求为10~20℃.
This paper mainly studies the volumetric properties of SBS modified asphalt mixture under the different temperature conditions. The results show that the current equiviscous principle is not suitable for determining the construction temperature of the polymer modified asphalt, and the equiviscous volume (air void) methed is recommended. For SBS polymer modified asphalt, the suitable compaction viscosity is about 1.06 Pa. s. The construction temperature of the SBS modified asphalt is 5 - 10 ℃ higher than that of the basic asphalt, but it should be 10 - 20 ℃ higher that of the basic asphalt according to the specifications.
