A Preliminary Study of Mao Zedong's and Deng Xiaoping's Constitutional Thoughts

毛泽东和邓小平作为我党第一代、第二代领导集体之核心,他们丰富的宪政思想对我国宪政建设无疑产生了重大的影响。由于两代伟人所处的历史背景、社会环境和自身经历不同,他们对宪政的认识和实践,也不尽相同。对两代伟人宪政思想进行研究,有利于加强具有中国特色的社会主义民主政治建设,促进我国宪政的进一步发展。

Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping are the cores of the first and second generation of leadership respectively. Their abundant constitutional thoughts have had great influence on constitutional construction in China .As two great men lived in different historical background and social environments, had different personal experiences, their thoughts and fulfillment of constitutionalism were not all similar. Studying constitutional thoughts of the great men＇s is of benefit for strengthening China＇s characteristic social democracy and political constructions, and accelerating the constitutional development of our country.
