摘要
研究了负载型钛催化剂TiCl_4/MgCl_2-Al(i-Bu)_3体系合成反-1,4-聚异戊二烯的基本规律。结果表明,最适宜的聚合条件为:60℃,Al/Ti=10(摩尔比),Ti/Ip=2×10 ̄(-4)(摩尔比),加料顺序为汽油-Al-Ti-Ip。预聚合可有效地提高催化剂效率,而对聚合物的分子量影响不大。
The trans-1,4-polyisoprene was synthesized by the polpeenzation of isoprene(Ip)with the supported titanium and triisobutylaluminium catalyst system [TiCl_4/MgCl_2-Al(i-Bu)_3]and the way to increase the catalytic efficiency was investigated through changing the polymerinzation conditions.The results showed that the optimum conditions were:temperature 60℃,Al/Ti was l0(mol ratio),Ti/Ip was 2 x l0“(mol ratio)and feeding order was gasoline-Al-Ti-Ip.The prepolymenzation could increase the catalytic efficiency and had little influence on the molecular weight of polymer.
