英汉思维方式差异在大学英语写作中的表现

The Differences Between Thinking Modes of English-Chinese in the Reflection of College English Writing

语言和思维关系密切,没有思维,不会有语言的产生和发展,没有语言,也就没有失去内涵的具体思维。思维借助语言进行表达,语言所表述的内容就是思维的内容。两者相互影响,互为表征。本文拟对英汉思维进行对比,从而分析其之间存在的差异在大学英语写作中的表现及其对我国大学生进行英语写作时所产生的影响,同时提出了几点关于提高写作能力的对策,旨在培养学生写作能力,提高我国大学生的英语写作水平。

Language and thinking are closely related. Without thinking, there is no production and development of language; and without language, there is no concrete thinking losing connotation. Language is a reflection of thinking, and thinking is expressed by language. This paper conducts a contrastive analysis of the thinking modes of both Chinese and English. And it points out the influences on the way of students＇ English writing through the analysis of the differences reflected in the two languages. Some strategies are also suggested in this paper so as to train the students＇ writing ability and improve college students＇ writing level of our country.
