共混方法和设备对聚酯短纤维增强动态硫化EPDM/PP共混型热塑性弹性体性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 分别采用密炼机和炼塑机以及3种共混方法,研究了填充18份(或28份)聚酯短纤维的动态硫化EPDM/PP(60/40,质量比)共混型热塑性弹性体性能的变化。结果表明,预先将聚脂短纤维和EPDM混炼制成母炼胶,然后再与PP共混进行动态硫化制备的复合材料的性能最佳。与密炼机共混相比,炼塑机制备的复合材料的拉伸强度提高25%~35%。用预处理聚酯短纤维制备的复合材料的拉伸强度比未处理者提高27%~45%。 The effects of blending methods and equipments on the properties of short polyester fiber reinforced EPDM/PP blending thermoplastic elastomer were studied.The results showed that the blending method of premixing masterbatch of short polyester fiber and EPDM, and then blending with PP was the best method. Compared with the internal mixer, the tensile strength of composites prepared by the open mill increased by 25%  ̄35%, and the tensile strength of pretreated polyester fiber reinforced EPDM/PP thermoplastic elastomer increased by 27% ̄45%than that of unpretreated one.
